Reviews
This is one of the most interesting Target I have visited so far. It's key feature is the convenient access to the store once you park your car. it is located just above the parking garage and they have special trolley escalators, which was so 😎. The staff was also very cooperative. They really helped me with the price match during black Friday sales.
Overall, great store and would highly recommend. I'm coming back for sure.
This is seriously the nicest Target I've ever seen. So clean! I love how the store sits above the parking garage.
We were in the area on a trip and had to pick up a few things. We had a wonderful cashier with the name of Kebron. Such a delightful young man. The store was clean and organized.
Received an excellent price and in store pick up was quick and easy. Negative for the bag fee automatically charged on online orders that showed up on my credit card today even though a bag was mot received.Itt was a $1 charge on a $10 item. Won't break the bank but still a 10% surcharge for something not received or necessary for my order.
Beware! Shipped here multiple times and if you ever have an issue or return, plan on spending an extremely long time with nobody checking in on you while you queue in line waiting. Terrible management at this store. Return line out the door for over ten minutes! Crazy.
The good…were able to get a couple of t-shirts. Parking was close to the front.
The bad…long lines. Not enough registers open.
The ugly… no products on shelves. Online pick up in two hours allows you to put things is cart, then you get a message saying not available. Actual photos of the travel section…this is why brick and mortar is dying.
Update: Self checkout machines continue to be down regularly. Over the past week, there has consistently been two of four machines down, longer lines, and no more than typical human operated registers. It's really frustrating to always have a delay before the holiday season starts. Walmart is a substantially better option at this point and is about a mile away.
The store is busy, but consistently keeps only one or two cashiers open, even at the busiest times. It's a holiday weekend and there are currently a whole three lanes open, with lengthy lines on all three. The self checkout only has three machines working and there is a line of fifteen people. The self checkout lane is now "15 items or less". I had two items in hand when I reached the front. It was quicker for me to replace the items on the shelf and buy the same items from a store in the same plaza than it would have been to wait in the line at Target.
Cannot recommend shopping in person at this store until they offer mobile checkout. Drive up shopping is your best option if you can wait the multiple hours it often takes to get items. Note that if you choose this option in the afternoon, there is a good chance your order will be delayed to the next day. At which point you might as well shop online.
When this Target opened it was really cool. Now it’s just run down. I come here all the time because it’s really close to my house. Sometimes they go months without restocking certain items. The building is just run down and is an echo of what it once was. Holes in the roof, dust everywhere, trash in the cart lift they haven’t cleaned in months. They never have what I’m looking for especially when it comes to clothes. I’ve pretty much resorted to only buying food at this location. Target in La Habra is 1000% better. I don’t know if this store has bad management or what but I wouldn’t be surprised if it closed in the next couple years.
